Step 2: Services and Estimates
      
Tell us the service you want, be that translation service, localization service or another. You can also give us your original document or the content for localization, letting us know your exact specifications. Then we will promptly get back to you with an estimate based on the full understanding of your request. You also can refer to our charge standard. If you want a trial translation or an explanation of our localization program, please tell us where we can contact you and what it is you would like for us to send. Or, simply contact us directly.

Step 3: Choosing Yifang Translation
    
After first making a thorough evaluation of Yifang Translation, you should then take steps to entrust us with the work you need done. Please fill in the Client Entrustment Form and fax or email it to us to commence our collaboration; you can also build up cooperation with us on a face-to-face basis. Yifang Translation will serve you in exact accordance with your request. You can check the progress of the translation or other project at any time. During this process, Yifang Translation will maintain close contact and communication in order keep you fully informed. Please refer to our long-term cooperation contract if you are considering establishing a long-term agreement with us.

Step 4: Deposit
 
    Yifang Translation requires that a deposit be made in advance amounting to 40% of the agreed upon total price for the service. This helps to ensure Yifang Translation’s timely and accurate completion of our services. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please contact us so that we may be able to answer your questions or come up with an alternative solution.

Step 5: Delivery of Project
     
You can check and accept the completed translation or other project by various means. Our client service system supports various ways of acceptance and delivery. Yifang Translation welcomes any comments and suggestions you may have regarding the completed translation or other project. If you harbor any concerns regarding our service, we will listen attentively to your suggestions in order that we continue to improve and develop the speediest and most excellent translation service; we will promptly take steps to satisfy you, our customer.

Step 6: Settlement of the translation fee
    
 Yifang Translation will settle the translation fee with you after providing you with the completed project.
